So the plan to fix supply chains in America is now for the party of Science to ignore the idea of bridge weight limits............
You're both several weeks late to the discussion and (ignorantly?) (purposely?) misinterpreting what's being said.... Not that anyone is really surprised to see you do that though.

The weight restrictions being talked about here are the extra ones put on old/damaged bridges because they've become structurally deficient (you know, ones the infrastructure act will help fund restoration/replacement for).

Yes, it could be definitely be worded better, but the meaning is pretty damn clear if you're not looking for reasons to be angry. I love how even when he's arguing for funding you also support, you still can't help but shit on him.

Damned if he does, damned if he doesn't.

A tunnel's maximum height doesn't (generally) become lower the longer it exists. A bridge's maximum weight does.

So you're saying there actually isn't "outrage" about Adele saying that, and you only said there was to mirror what other people said about other things?

OK then.
Oh by the standard of woke world there's a huge outrage. I didn't make those standards. Woke world did.

Ok, so not only do I know for sure that this was already posted (weeks ago), but the last time time it came up it was pointed out that the tweet isn't saying "we're disregarding weight limits because we're thickie-boo-boos", but rather that the infrastructure bill would repair/replace said bridges so we wouldn't have to worry about over-filling old, worn out bridges (and causing them to collapse).
Well the President said it. What apparently any tweet from Trump or about Trump was absolute truth.

There you have Biden saying that it would be better without bridges having weight limits. That was likely a carefully written tweet for him by advisors and nor reckless Trump tweeting out of control or so we have been getting told.

Stop using common sense on Dwarvenhobble's feeble attempts to make Democrats look stupid. It's not fair!
Was it posted weeks ago? Sorry I checked out a bit and didn't check back th

Well considering you keep popping up to try and finish months old arguments in new threads because you never could answer my responses before and want another shot I don't think me being a bit late is exactly the most egregious thing now is it?

Or do I get to argue the same vs you carrying on you woeful performance.

So, those are your standards? You're moaning about standards that... you freely and happily use?

If you can post the S&P on that, that would be great.

Because right now it just looks like you're mad that somebody pointed out that TERFs made up somebody to get mad at

Nah, I think that you misunderstood this one. They technically said the wrong thing, possibly as a result of the character limit, but the intent was clearly to mean that prohibitively low weight limits on bridges impedes deliveries, so improved infrastructure would cut down on supply chain issues, which is a fair statement.

No. Also I can use standards I'm not happy with can I not?
Not really, no.

I mean it's pretty obvious you just leapt on this without having put any thought at all into what a pile of nothing it is. You're just doing exactly what you accuse other people of doing and got caught doing it.

They're deemed reputable sources of info for better or worse. Also it rather helps highlight the issue with the standards does it not?

Also you seem more mad I posted sources making the claims, you want to get mad get mad at the supposedly reliable media for writing it and not phrasing it how you wanted don't get mad at the messenger.

So Biden gets the benefit of the doubt others are not given?

Biden may have meant something else but what he said is what he said but it's fine for people to read in claims about what Gina Carano said when she never said or the same with others?

One tweet is not considered a reputable source to claim anything about anything.

And regarding "standards", this would be more compelling if you took that line to begin with, rather than just retreating to it after people pointed out you were reposting trash.

Oh, I am pissed at them. But they're not here on this forum, signal-boosting it and then giving paper thin excuses for why they did.

The websites / publications are considered reputable though.

As for taking the line to begin with I've been taking it for a long time.

But you came in here just moaning about trans activists. Not saying anything about standards.

I mean, it's really obvious that you just wanted to moan about trans activists, but got caught out relying on a shite source. Then as a deflection just pointed the finger hypocritically at everyone else.

Because those standards are what we're operating under so yes it totally does mean trans activists are mad at her.
