You act like the "wokes" go around online looking for things to get angry about but you're right here in the shit too. Conservatives have gotten angry at M&M's being less fuckable and act like leftists are too sensitive because they care about actually marginalised groups.
That's exactly what the right wing wants, because it helps them win. Studies suggest that when subjected to fear or threat, numerous people become more inclined to vote conservative. My hypothesis would be that threat tends to drive people to stick with what seems "safest", and to try to pull together with people they trust: so higher affinity with in-groups, and known factors (i.e. status quo).
It also of course fits in with the fact that conservative parties usually position themselves as parties of both defence and law and order.
Ask the people saying about it because I literally don't know as different nations and even people within those nations have their own cultures and traditions but apparently according to some "White people" are all one giant monoculture.
