Just to drive home the point: *those* characters are actual children, even the one with huge knockers, and they're licking ice cream off of a literal grade schooler. And that's being compared to dancing and handholding between teens as being equivalently sexy.
This dude's brain is broke.
Worst part is, the elevator pitch for Kobyashi is 100% my jam: depressed office worker helps dragon, dragon moves in, adoptive kids, wacky family, hi-jinx ensues, slow burn romance, not a school.

Every now and then, fans will be *this* close to convincing me to give it a shot regardless. Scenes like this are allegedly few and far between. But then legions of other fans will come in and loudly proclaim their love of the loli dragon's thighs and just drown the conversation out. Rancid vibes
What got *this particular* tweet to take off was calling The Owl House the same because kids holding hands and dancing was exactly or more sexual. Like, dude thinks those anime hand holding memes aren't just jokes.

Someone should blow his fucking mind and link him to the Transformers KissPlayers series. It’s the single most horrendous thing ever produced as official Transformers canon. We then point to it and say “This, dipshit, is why we have a different grading curve for western animation against anime”.

There was a similar story recently where a trans woman and a trans man are both being targeted for doing well in women's college level swimming. Even though the latter is competing with their biological sex just like the dickheads demanded.

Yes, but you have to bear in mind that this is the win for the right: trans people can be booed irrespective of which sex competition they perform in, because to them the problem is not the fairness of the sporting competition, it's the existence of trans people.
I don't think that's exclusive to manga. The His Dark Materials trilogy was enjoyable for me, with the exception of the 11-year-old girl / 12-year-old boy intense make-out session in effectively the garden of eden. That was a weird creative decision. There's the scene from the book It where the child protagonists decide their best course of action is an orgy in a sewer. That's just kind of twisted to even think of in the first place. All sorts of fiction is littered with this stuff.
