Whatever, just wash your hands.
Calling Iran's bluff, humiliating it and de-fanging it in one blow is impressive. Crippling it economically allowed Trump to curtail the terrorist funding by Iran.
See, you're lost in the weeds of yellow hair.

You're afflicted with TDS.
Considering Iran came out of it able to successfully argue they were abiding by the terms of the agreements, no. All Trump did was render the US's credibility worthless as he has with every other broken treaty. What good is one-upping Iran in this round if they have more credibility at the negotiating table with everyone else from here on out? Trump prioritizes short-term, petty victories because those are the only kind he has the attention span for.
can you try to address the issue without bashing your president for once
I mean, you have a good point regarding breaking the treaty, but the delivery is just... uh.

I can call that ambulatory sack of debatably sentient curry shits whatever the hell I please. If you want to defend the bumbling llama-rapist, go right ahead. But don't complain because everybody else prefers to call out this anti-moral soul eater for what he is. Considering this Cheeto-dusted fuckmook can't go 10 minutes without taking a dishonest verbal swing at somebody while projecting all of his own inadequacies and thumbscrews, you're going to be hard pressed to make the case that we need to go easy on the doddering spunkmire.

I see people bringing up the agreement with the taliban, wasn't that the agreement Donny tried to unilaterally negotiate with the taliban, that is to say without including the afghan government? I recall them being fairly confused and miffed about that.

You rationalized why it's ok to act like Trump here

Yeah, because all those years of sanctions since 1979 really stopped it dead in its tracks.

The simple fact is that we don't know how the USA's new line against Iran will turn out and it will probably be 10 or more years until we find out. But the aggression will feel immensely satisfying to anyone who dislikes Iran, even if it turns out to be braindead as effective policy. Still, emotionally satisfying is often better than functionally effective when it comes to popularity.

The funny thing about that meme, is that hes the president, so it would be weirder not to worry about the damage hes doing. You are just one of his toadies. I don't see why you are fighting it and lying to us.

Literally none of this happened though. Hell, the US had one of its military bases in Iraq openly attacked by Iran, and the rest of the world collectively shrugged its shoulders as the event being deserved...

He took a swing at my country and loved ones, I'm allowed to hit back. If you can't tell the difference between a bully and someone standing up to the bully, it's probably because you're on the bully's side.

@Revnak anyways, regarding peace in the middle-east and whatnot. Peace can be made between two countries that recognize each other's sovereignty. This is something Trump will sign on on Tuesday, making peace between Israel and two gulf-states. It's one of the first steps towards lasting peace in the middle-east, and hopefully an end to the attempts to sabotage the zionists by their neighbors.
That is the world’s spookiest definition of peace.

Did you not read your own links?

- Brandolini's law, also known as the bullshit asymmetry principle, is an internet adage which emphasizes the difficulty of debunking bullshit:
- during a Gish gallop, a debater confronts an opponent with a rapid series of many specious arguments, half-truths, and misrepresentations in a short space of time

Overwhelming your opponent with true facts is not a dirty tactic.

The list of accomplishments was actually fact-checked by the New York Times. The whole point of the article was to fact-check Trump's so-called accomplishments.
Out of interest, do you actually expect somebody to provide 120+ specific written refutations, when all you've done is link to an article? That seems like an... imbalance of effort.

No. I'm not asking someone to refute the article. I'm asking someone to accept that Trump has done at least a few good things.

You're presenting your opinion as inarguable on the strength of an article that has a list of things that you don't care to argue about.

I'm criticizing Worgen for arbitrarily ignoring the vast majority of the evidence.

Like I said, it's like if someone demands "show me 5 seconds from this show and if I'm not crying with laughter, I'm going to believe it's a bad show!", you'd think that such a person isn't acting in good faith, right?

But for the record, I think any such absolute like "Obama/Trump did nothing good and did everything bad" is a ridiculous statement, and is surely false.

I'm "the other".

Okay, explain to me why nothing of this happened. I'll try to understand you. The attack on the army base in Iraq was absolutely meaningless, an attempt to save face by Iran.
He took a swing at my country and loved ones, I'm allowed to hit back. If you can't tell the difference between a bully and someone standing up to the bully, it's probably because you're on the bully's side.
yeah sure, I'm "the other".

for you. That is the generally agreed upon definition. Show me otherwise.
Yeah, because all those years of sanctions since 1979 really stopped it dead in its tracks.

You dismiss my argument as emotional here Agema. No actual refutation, just a shrug of shoulders and saying "time will tell". I can objectively prove to you that this was a great move by the US. I don't think it's even worth it at this point because you wouldn't be open to listen to it. That is, unless, you're willing to try and listen.
