It depends on what you mean by "support". If it were possible to produce such a vaccine I would not necessarily advocate researching it, but if the vaccine was already being manufactured it wouldn't bother me at all, since I wouldn't begrudge anyone who wanted to use it.

In general, DLC is a good thing, even day one DLC. As technology and the way we produce and consume products changes, so too must the business models adapt.

I actually like the way generation 5 handled this, and pretty much fixed the problem as far as I'm concerned. In gen 5 there are much fewer obstacles that require you to have the appropriate HM. The few times you do need HMs are usually just to reach items and not to progress through routes...
