Assassins Creed 4 is a good fun brightly coloured game with lots of memorable moments. Like all AC games the stories a little fractured. If you played it on your previous console, you're not going to find anything new here, but it you haven't played it before, it's worth your time. Just stay...
I don't get it. They don't even need to take a year off. They released a perfectly good AC game that works with out any major problems, that still innovates on what came before. Only, for what ever reason, they released if for last-gen systems.

So it seems to be less an issue of homophobia and more an issue of over reaching editorial control.
Well really not screw up is all Sony had to do. Microsoft has bungled this whole thing up so thoroughly (on top of everything going into the event, MS had a pleasant little rape joke and a CoD tech glitch) that Sony has basically been playing E3 marketing on easy mode.
I was going to type a response... but this pretty much sums up my exact feelings in a nutshell.
If the PS4 fails me, well... I finally got a laptop powerful enough to game with.
Not actually played Skyrim, so I can't do an even comparison, but there seems to been one core problem with your thesis. You don't actually roll play in Farcry 3. You get a single decision at the very end and its between shit and shittier.
