this makes me wonder... i just bought a flashcart for my dsi to back up all my legally purchased games, so i can have one cartridge for all of them, cause i tend to lose things. I also use it to run some other programs and apps, all of which are 100% legal. Now how will Nintendo deal with that...

i think the point was to see that it was an NES being used, and so you could see the controller, but i have seen some videos where i have said the same thing.
