    The 360 uses DVDs for game storage. The HD-DVD player was just an external add-on. So the "720" could read the discs no problem. If the "720" also goes X64 like the PS4 (that is the rumor) then the "720" will be more like the original X-Box, which was just a Pentium III based system...
