The opening to Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening always leaves me with my mouth agape. I mean, Dante makes eating pizza and badass demon-slaying go together so well!

Legally speaking, what happens if the winner isn't able to follow their contract? For example, if the selected cartoonist fails to update twice a week, can he/she be sued? (Out of curiousity, would you call 'twice a week' comic a biweekly or semiweekly?)
