If you don't know how bad ACTA is, you may want to do some research. I predict that the more people that still need to sign it, the more likely the said person is to be assassinated or lynched by an angry mob.

This is akin to free-to-play.

If someone is going to pirate your game and can't, they'll get pissed and hate your game. Then, they'll pirate another game or play a flash game. Assuming they somehow can't pirate your game anyway or just ask anonymous to pirate it for them. I'm also not surprised I'm not surprised at this.
