'Fandom' is not the best word to describe the collective of furries. Unfortunatley 'furry fandom' is the term that stuck. Furries are a subculture rather than a proper fandom.

I agree that judging overall quality of a game based on an unfinished version is silly. However, most of the mechanics and quest design are unlikely to undergo significant redesign before release. I'm sure NPCs currently voiced by Microsoft Sam will have proper voice overs later on.
