    Damn, thats a long time.

Man, and I felt pathetic for spending >120 hours on every Final Fantasy game I've ever played. (150 on FFVII but I got EVERYTHING, including Knights of the Round.) Right now, I'm at about 125 hours spent on Skyrim, 120 hours on TF2, and probably 150 hours each on the Cooking Mama and...

    Your relationship with your sibling(s)

I have an older (9 years older) half-brother, and a one-year-younger full brother. My older brother is pretty okay. We didn't get along when we were tinies, but now that he's grown up and has a wife and daughter we're cordial and friendly most of the time. My little brother is a straight...

    First date advice/experiences

Dinner is always my vote, depending on where you go. I recommend a place that is classy but low-key, so there's no worries about getting dressed up or whatever. If all else fails, invite her to your place and cook/get takeout and pass it off as your own cooking. My best first dates have...

    Irrational Fear

I'm petrified of being struck by lightning. It's incredibly rare, I know, but the idea of it frightens me beyond description. Maybe it's because I knew a guy who was struck while at a flea market in my hometown, but he survived. I'm afraid of being killed by it.

    Car accidents and you.

My mom got into several accidents with me in the car when I was little, and it left me terrified to drive for ages. I just got my driver's license last month... at the age of 25.

    A question to women

Isn't it? I've met girls who look at guys, but I've yet to see one do something like stare at a guy's package the way men stare at women's boobs. Maybe it's just my experience.

No Backwards Compatibility - One of the many signs of industry greed?

The person who said it was the least-expensive thing they could remove to cut costs is right. Seriously, are you going to sell your system and ALL your games that go with it to buy a PS3/360? If you're like me (lazy and somewhat cheap, I'd rather avoid replacing my game library with virtual...

    A question to women

I'm aware of guys looking at my chest, but I notice because it's more obvious when I choose to wear something that exposes cleavage. If I'm in work uniform (polo shirts and the like), I never notice because my chest is entirely covered. Guys are guys, though, and they look at women like that.

How do "You" know when You're in Love?

This pretty well sums it up. To answer from pure personal experience, I knew I was in love when I realized that every hour spent with my boyfriend felt like the best hour of my life. When it felt like waking up beside him in the morning had been happening all our lives, and yet was a new...

    Poll: Do you want children?

I definitely don't want children, and if it wasn't for doctors telling me 'no', I'd've had my tubes tied already. My family has a lot of hereditary problems (heart murmurs, PCOS, and bipolar disorder, to name a few). I would rather not pass my genes on and have a child be stuck with any of...

I'd like to know my fellow escapists better

Age: 25 Gender: Female Race: Caucasian/Hispanic Height: 5'7" Random fact: I did the nerd thing and moved halfway across the country to live with a guy I'd met over the net. However, it turned out spectacularly well and we're a very happy pair :)

    What are you reading?

I'm reading 'Academ's Fury', book 2 of the Codex Alera by Jim Butcher (who also wrote the Dresden Files novels). If you like swords and sorcery, you'll enjoy this. Quick summary: Alera is a world where the elemental forces of nature (earth, fire, wind, water, and hear- I mean, metal) are...

Whats your favourite line from any game EVER?

Wow, old-school here, but the one I remember the best and quote the most: "Sit yer ass down and drink your goddamned tea!" Ah, FFVII. So much swearing.

Transformed into the last animal you touched.

Oh yes. :) I'm my stupid, old black cat. Life is now all about sleeping and making grumbly noises and meows while I prowl my house. I can handle that.
