The equation would be T' = T*(1-v2/c2)^1/2 where t'= dilated time, t= time in reference frame,v= velocity in meters per second and c = speed of light in meters per second. Setting v equal to c results in 1- v2/c2= 1-1=0. Plugging that in yields T' = T*0 = 0. At speed of light one does not "age"...
