It depends. If it's a noire-y, dark comic, go realistic. If it's a superhero, fantasy, or sci-fi comic, go stylized. I find that superhero comics drawn in a realistic style look, at the very least, mildly stupid.

I mean, I'd do my duty to humanity, but I'd probably be horribly depressed about 3.5 billion people being dead and the world, at best, being in a semi-apocalyptic state. My heart just wouldn't be in it. Also, I'd stock up on STI medicine.

RAGE has a different feel. The ruins are all modern office buildings and all the technology used is modern. Fallout has a weird 50's after a nuclear war feel to it. Oh, and in RAGE it's a meteorite, in Fallout it's a nuclear armageddon.
