If you're interested in a Kinect game, I would wait for the bundle (Child of Eden looks awesome by the way). If you aren't interested in Kinect at all, I would say go with Reach all the way. It's all a matter of what you want really.

You could try to play through the sc2 missions only building scvs and turrets(couldn't really think of one lol). Also, this reminds me of Living in Oblivion. The whole concept was the guy would play Oblivion, but rather than going on adventures he would just live as a NPC would. Not really...

You could try Deadly Premonition (open-world survival horror game). It's 20 bucks new, and probably a hell of a lot cheaper used. The only issue is, it's one of those games that you either hate or love.

I said it before and i'll say it again. Earth defense force 2017 is one of the best split-screen games you can pick up for the 360. I picked my copy up for like 10 bucks as well!
