This isn't going to happen. Overwatch is higher quality with no dlc to purchase (other then cosmetic boxes with no gameplay effect) and Paladins is free to play. Who in their right mind would shell out $60 for a sub-par game? Even if they drastically reduced the price or made it free to play...

While you technically may be right, I have no doubt that if EA gets this trademark they'll abuse it. They may not be able to do much to the larger companies, but it will be the death knell of any indie developers who want to use the word ghost.

Paid mods will never work due to their very nature. There's no oversight to prevent theft, no method to resolve dependency problems, no guarantee the mods will even continue to work as the game is updated, and the very real possibility the mod will cause serious problems with other payed mods...
