I do not approve of the clickbait title of the article. The internet masses are just assuming that this is Fallout 4. As far as we know, it's for the Fallout MMO or just an elaborate fan prank. Why Bethesda wouldn't just kill the rumor if it really is a fan prank, but we don't know yet...

Just give it a smaller team and smaller budget. Not every game needs to have a massive budget to be successful. You don't have to hire Omar for the single player.

A MOBA game that I'm playing a lot recently is Awesomenauts and the player base is (relatively) friendly. I believe it has to do with the fact that it isn't free to play and not that complex.
