The problem is that is won't just hurt used game buyers but hurt multiple user homes. I have 3 people in my home that play EA Sports games and from what i have seen it might work like Bad Company's VIP system where the code can only be used by one gamertag.
I have the same problem with discs. I have old disks that are in great shape no cracks. Now since the eco case I have had two disks crack. Also, it is funny that I post a link and no one reads it. I guess people will always be arrogant enough to say it is the users fault.
The future of gaming does look bad. We have hit the point that most publishers are more worried about how much money they can get from us instead of catering to the gamer. Oh well back to playing my Sega Genesis :)

For the people that are saying this is user error, your wrong. I have the same problem with these cases. If it was my mistake for mishandling the disk then why are the games that i own in other cases fine. I think the problem is the center of the case is to large for the center of the disk...
S&K was technically an expansion to Sonic 3 since they could be locked on each other and it was planned to come on one cartridge at one point of its development.
I can't wait for this game though. I hope they fix that running animation. It looks horrible.
Why would you do a public beta? Having a public beta would make things worse. People would have found these glitches sooner and most exploits aren't even reported during open betas because people want an advantage. The game would have been full of hacks and glitchers from day one. Look at...
