Quake is an exception to the rule lol, take someone from cod and make them play quake against an experienced player and they likely won't get any kills.

I wanna be the guy, it's not really fair though. Even after the cheap kills you don't see coming, a lot of the timing of the jumps is really difficult as well. It's the only game that really gives me nerd rage as well, it's so frustrating at points.

I don't know about pve, but you can log in for like an few hours a week for arena and still get high enough rated to buy everything, if you're good enough to win a majority of your games.
