Am I the only one getting an endlessly looping escapist promo, rather than the review?

I like the idea of setting somewhere entirely new. without any of the previous factions, I think somewhere in the south could be fun like New Orleans or the Everglades in Florida. I think the West coast and capital wasteland stories could be continued in spin offs like New Vegas.
