I think the issue some people, such as myself, have with it is that it's a stupid quote. Not saying that OP is bad for using it, but the quote itself is just silly, and gives off the idea that it's a gendered subject.

That conclusion is pretty terrible when you consider the fact that men usually make up about 70 to 80 percent of homicide victims worldwide...
