I don't know how explicit you want it to be and whether you like mods or not... as for the amount, there are hundreds of sometimes very pornographic mods for Skyrim and all Bethesda games, all with great graphics and zero story, but there's one story mod for Neverwinter Nights 1 that stands out...

NWN2 was disastrous in the beginning, but with constant patches became much more enjoyable later. The original campaign isn't great either, but the first expansion is. The game is still a diamond in the rough, but projects like this show it's potential. Anyway, you can get the whole thing on...
