It was a Weyland Yutani colony. The colonists were sent specific co-ordinates to the Alien nest to investigate.

I'm sorry, what? Burke's orders were specifically about returning a live specimen. Same deal with Ash. Same in every extended universe thing there has ever been.

I honestly don't mind, and I understand why they did it. If newt had still been there it would have been harder to tell a different story rather than just repeat aliens again. I love Alien 3 for what it is but also hate that the meddling stopped us from getting the movie that could have been.

For me it was just "ok". and to be honest, that's worse than being bad. At least a bad game you will remember.

While I'm sure Valve would prefer people didn't use the system just to demo games, it clearly is expected that they will. One of the options given for the refund is "it isn't fun" after all.

There's a very common and similar discussion in DnD about HP and how it doesn't literally represent health, otherwise a level 20 character could survive anywhere up to hundreds of stab wounds from a sword. Rather it represents something like fatigue.

Ignore the "it's a MOBA" stuff. There's plenty wrong with the game, but it has probably less in common with MOBAs than many other RTS games.

Most important patch for me would be mute in multiplayer actually working consistently. As it is, I'm just not playing it because I'm fed up of "*CRUNCHCRUNCHCRUNCH* FWOOOOOOOO BVUMUIBUMUBUMBUMBUMB WOOOO *CRUNCH*"

That would be fine if she only did it once, but her face resets to normal then the animation loops again. It's really weird.

Zhukov and Er have it right as far as I'm concerned. Balance is fucking amazing compared to other games. The only heroes who I consider outliers is Ana was very strong for a while and Winston may have been a bit on the weak side. A few of the heroes are niche but are very good at what they do...

It didn't help that the grammar of the sentence correcting your grammar felt really clumsy as well. The whole thing felt like it had been put through google translate a couple of times.
