How GTA V Fumbles on the Easy Stuff

Aye it seems like GTA rarely gives you the opportunity to gradually learn the game via sequential missions. It's as if they expect every single player to spend a good 20 hours robbing, fighting, killing, drive-by shooting and exploding everything before taking the game more seriously. Of...

The Big Picture: PC Gaming Is Dead - Long Live PC Gaming!

Screw it, I'm throwing my 2 cents in despite how late I am. Practically everything has been said, even what I'm about to say I'm sure. But: Do people not like to sit on comfortable chairs, delve deep into immersion with large screens / surround sound and enjoy spending more than 20 minutes...

Escape to the Movies: The Giver - Don't Bother Giving This Movie Your Time

I knew that community joke would receive its fair share of comments and criticism. It did get old but I would of quite enjoyed it more if by the third time "the video recognized" its over-use and simply starts to speed up the sound, then skip half of the next one and so fourth. Just for more laughs.

Escape to the Movies: The Hunger Games

Last night me and my friends were deciding what to watch. The Hunger Games, or the Raid? We chose the Raid... and we chose well! What a terrific movie, did not expect such quality! Glad I avoided a movie that seems to be targeted to a niche audience of teenage girl readers.

    Games you accidentally learned from

Medieval Total War 2 taught me geography. Perhaps I should update it. Constantinople for example.

    Things you never got over?

You mentioned Pokemon? That just made me remember something that still bothers me today. When I was a child in primarily school, grade 5, Pokemon trading cards were massive. No one actually battled or rarely traded but it was mostly a show off, ego thing if you had good cards. Only one kid...

    Ask a Juggalo some questions.

Hi I am from Australia and back at my teenage years I proudly called myself a Juggalo. I loved their dark humour, the promotion of close friendship (yes, its true), their stance against judging someone for not achieving much, the ability to make fun of themselves when rapping and of course their...

The Big Picture: MovieBob's Most Anticipated Movies of 2012

Will there be Xenomorphs? God I hope so, if not then create a miracle and develop something cooler (not possible, I think). Kurt Russell in a Quentin Tarantino movie? Hell yes! Batman has no joker and it was the only interesting thing about the series relaunch so... The Hobbit? You know...

I've worked out my problem with Skyrim.....do you agree?

Maybe a living breathing dynamic world where you earn your role as the dragon born would be better. I am talking about villages and cities become under siege not because its in a quest line but the A.I. actually and logically lives with or without you. Furthermore quests appear and vanish in...

    Assassin's Creed 2.85

Dear Yahtzee Your reviews and opinions on games are quite entertaining and enlightening. To the extent where I have always agreed with your views but rarely consciously thought of them myself or if I do, unable to articulate them quite as effectively. I should be sending this by email but...

    What game deserves a remake?

The one game I would love to have remade without any need for new features or innovation would be Alien vs Predator 2. As I was hoping AvP2010 would have AvP2 features and then some it turned out no better than a benchmark game. Like a paper weight in rl.

    What game deserves a remake?

Dungeon Keeper needs one. Also Syndicate needs a proper re-make. Magic Carpet too? Ah F$%# just bring back Bullfrog already!

Out of these 10. recommend 3

    1. Skyrim 2. BF3 3. Dues Ex: HR In all honestly Skyrim is great except the few bugs. BF3 is good except origin and Dues Ex: HR is a excellent game even if it doesn't match to the original experience.

Extra Punctuation: Too Many Options in Skyrim

For me personally, I love being as detailed with my characters looks as possible. I do occasionally check my own guy out with the till key and admire him for a moment when getting some new gear (That's not weird yeah?). But indeed too many sliders are off-putting and useless to me as well...

Poll: Would you change your sex for 5 million dollars?

I am SURE someone already said this... But for 5 million, I will take the sex change then pay to have it back (assuming the operation does not cost 4 mil or more) *Read the first post* oh damn it... um... How effective is the human "female to male" operations?
