Yes it does. In my humble opinion, the controls are broken and everything that isn't the cutscenes or dialogue is DREADFULLY boring.

Not to mention the controls were wonky and the encounters were straight up boring.

Play Fable: The Lost Chapters and Fable 2, then forget the series existed, because you'll just be continuoysly disappointed.
