Bayonetta Launches on Steam Today With 4K Support and New Graphics Options

I'm glad this got a PC release. Now only if it can get released on the current gen consoles (or GOG). Given that this is a spectacle fighter / character action title, I doubt you'll have much fun playing it with a keyboard, but I've heard that it has a decent number of key rebindings.

    Blazblue Central Fiction's US release

Sorry about the late reply, but I'm glad you provided the link to the petition. Even though I'm a dub-only person, I still find it a bit amazing that there more dub fans than sub fans for these type of games. Also, for those wondering games with dubs selling better, here's the article that a...

    Blazblue Central Fiction's US release

I think that is a perfectly reasonable point of view for you to have on this issue, given that you don't much interest in this franchise's dub, and that's fine. Also, thank you for replying to my question.

    Blazblue Central Fiction's US release

Well there are a couple of reasons for that. First, I'm used to and strongly prefer the dub actors over the Japanese voices, and second when there's no (good) dub option, it much harder for me to get invested in the characters. It got particularly bad for me for most of the DOA franchise. To...

    Blazblue Central Fiction's US release

Same here, man. The worst part about it is that it's only not getting a dub because they want to release it sooner instead of delaying it's release by a good 6-8 months.

    Blazblue Central Fiction's US release

Recently I've found out that Blazblue Central Fiction, the fourth main game in the Blazblue series, will be the first to not get an English dub. See here for details. [http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2016-09-01/blazblue-centralfiction-game-will-not-have-english-dub/.105970] So fellow...

PlayStation Plus Not Required for No Man's Sky

It's not surprising to me that PS Plus will not be required to play the game since it's up for pre-order on GOG. But I have to ask, will the multiplayer aspect require PS Plus?

What's keeping the West from making DOAX style games?

This was the first time I've ever heard of the word "ryona". I could have lived without knowing it, though.

What's keeping the West from making DOAX style games?

I think the OP might be inquiring about why the west don't make "ecchi [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ecchi]" games. As to why one would prefer that over porn, perhaps the they want to sex appeal without (graphic) sex scenes, or perhaps they want something that is more capable of having a better...

What's keeping the West from making DOAX style games?

I will admit that some shows might not benefit from having fan service, or that the service in a particular series might too "out there" or too extreme for it's own good. Regarding your comment about having a good sex life, I'm pretty sure there are some people out there with healthy sex lives...

What's keeping the West from making DOAX style games?

I think that there are two reasons for this. First, many of the more pervy games that get made are mostly focus on just the sex appeal and not much else. The second reason is that for a fair number of people, they feel that if you are going to make pervy content, why not make porn instead...

VA-11 Hall-A Review - Making Drinks and Meeting People

Actually, it's on Steam right now. It's also on GOG if that is your thing. I mainly bought the game for its positive reviews and because of the soundtrack.

GOG Connect Lets You Import Some Steam Games to GOG

While a cool move of GOG's part, it's not that useful for me since I almost exclusively buy from them on PC. Also, the only game that I have on Steam that isn't on GOG is Skullgirls.

Why are console games not transparent about their language options?

As much as I prefer consoles over PC (it's much easier to find Japanese games on consoles), I have to admit that Steam and GOG are pretty good about being transparent on localization options. Maybe the reason console digital storefronts aren't as upfront about that info is because there stores...

Why are console games not transparent about their language options?

You know, I've always thought that games that were dub only had a better chance at selling well than sub only.
