Warcraft III. It is a great RTS game and the online community create millions of maps, quite a few of them are quite intuitive and fun to play.

Well when I played the game it either went:- A) daytime and i was shot with a shotgun 5 miles away hiding behind a giant sign. B) nighttime and i could walk up to their face and start dancing and he'd do nothing Gun battles online are pretty fun though.

Favourate lethal weapon is the m4 carbine from CoD 4, with silencer. Favourate non lethal weapon has to be the portal gun hands down.
