Mainly because I can't imagine one person/thing that can really do any real damage to him. Especially if he uses his armor. Also, the 'slow vision' or whatever it is (haven't played inFamous yet) Would probably just make him seem to go at normal speed.
Well, if you have enough money for a Ps3, you could always send in your xbox and get a Ps3. It's better than just getting a Ps3, and at least all the games you have fo your xbox won't be useless.

No, it would make it overpowered. It's one of the weaknesses of the Demoman; if you're confronted by someone close up, you're done for unless you're really good with grenades. The Demoman is already cheap enough with the remote mines, does it really need something else?
