I went to game data utility and it doesn't have a file. I tried installing again and its stuck at 15%... ;(

I spent 3 hours trying to get wolfenstein the new order to work on my ps3. It kept saying installing. The percentage rose up to 31% after multiple restarts and then went back to 15%. If i could get some help that would be lovely? Please?!?!
