It's kind of scary when you think about it. More and more publishers are treating us consumers like we're renting the game instead of buying it. You don't rent movies, books, and cd's for full price, do you?
To give up gaming completely the publishers would have to unite and all of them would start using the "Always on" internet requirement. No one's connection is 100% stable 100% of the time. The day this happens is the day I would be most likely to give up gaming completely.
I would resurrect Wasteland with a fully reimagined and updated version of the original. It would be like what Mr. Fargo did with The Bard's Tale, only not suck.
Honestly I could care less about the porn industry suffering. Not every studio or website practices safe methods or does screens to prevent the spread of STD's, and AIDS is still a very real threat to humanity. Not to mention at last count one in five adults in the US has herpes, and that's some...

I would love to live in Middle Earth, after the whole "the One Ring must be destroyed" thing.
I'd love to hang out with hobbits and the remaining elves, maybe find a nice elven wife, you know that sort of thing.
He needs to get fired. Atkinson is doing Australia no good by fighting an adult rating. I can understand his argument that it won't be utilized properly, but here in the States, the major box stores that sell M rated games get fined if they sell to underagers.
I came here originally because this is Yahtzee's sponsor of sorts. After joining the forums I've found the news articles tend to be interesting and to the point, and the community is better than a lot of communities I've seen with a large amount of people.
I am also able to express realistic...
I would keep my powers a secret and use them for the greater good. To start with, I would get used to my powers by fighting crime in the inner cities and suburbs (statistically the countryside doesn't have nearly the same crime rate).
After that I would escalate things and look for others...
