It may be the greatest adventure game ever? Now it's not perfect because LA never quite perfected the SCUMM interface, but this is as close as any game in any genre has ever come.
Yeah, maybe this patch was sort of necessary but that's not why its free. Smart game companies know that free content keeps people interested and attracts new buyers to the full game. It's all a question of math for valve but I'm sure their reasoning goes something like this.
If the DLC costs...
Well, we can ignore the fact that I just don't really understand handheld gaming, but it seems to me the most successful handheld games are not miniaturized versions of home console titles. They're the very handheld original titles that thrive. Pokemon, Nintendogs, Tetris, Lumines.
A couple days ago I made a thread examining the box art of Infamous and Prototype.

While this was fun and all, but lets be honest, the box art of these games will have little impact on their sales. They'll both have big media advertising...

I think what's important is what image is more memorable. I think the infamous yellow jacket is that more that image than the prototype silhouette. Not only is yellow/black going to catch your eye(although white will too) the image is going to stick with you more than prototypes. At least that's...

Trust your instincts. It's not funny.
I assume it's a riff on Japanese 360 owners being furious that a 360 exclusive JRPG is coming to the PS3. Apparently they bought a 360 for this game in addition to their PS3's they already own and are pissed off because it is actually going to be released...
