Perhaps it's the precursor to some new DRM monstrosity EA is concocting? There's theories floating around that this will be the dev studio's swan song, so if EA is just expecting the title to toe the line perhaps they're using it as early staging.
I disagree, PS+ was great on the PS3. An optional service that offered a handful of free games every month, as well as an additional discount for digital purchases. Basic buy-club with benefits.
One could argue that having to use GFWL was payment enough.
I own a small retail business and get a check from it, so technically yes. Mostly deal with numbers and the technical side while my partners manage the store. It's its own set of nightmares.

Hell, I've not played half the games I own for the ps3. I can think of nine titles that aren't even opened. Still got a long long time of entertainment to hold me over, so why bother?

Blood Omen I find.... unpleasant. Easier to skip it and wiki what you need to know from it. Kain never really hit his peak until the sequel anyway.

Might be worth it. Today I doubled my 360 library (from 2 to 4!) and have a slight itch to play them at some point in the future without using my sister's console.
