How does two bass pedals qualify as 'expert plus'? It's just a different sound to double tapping the bass using a single pedal and in some ways is easier. Also, slightly ironic given Lars' drum skills

All game shops in the UK either keep the disc AND manual behind the counter or they keep the whole box behind the counter and just put display copies out (the latter is usually only for new or recent releases to save on space)

It's not free on the UK iTunes store... it's 79p. It is however an iTunes Plus track , therefore DRM free, which I guess is something.
