In the games they seem to be weapons who don't eat, so don't poo. But in the anime, they are seen eating so one can assume they take the time to defecate otherwise there would be several poo explosions inside pokeballs, which I'm sure would embarrass pokemon trainers.

I watched almost all of it aside from those few pesky hours when I was obligated to do other things, such as attend college and sleep. The entire event was just so hard to stop watching. I especially enjoyed Yahtzee's call in and LittleKuriboh's, amongst many others. Took a fair few screen caps...
