Temporarily handicapping an overpowered character in a Pathfinder/D&D 3.75 setting

At the very least, you will also have to lose any epic levels or abilities. Pathfinder's equivalent, the mythic rules are very different and it would be unfair to run a mythic character with a party of non-mythic characters. I would also argue for a rebuild at a level appropriate to the party...

8 of the Most Annoying Movie Characters Ever

Fail. First, as already mentioned, Samwise Gamgee is perhaps the foremost hero of the Lord of the Rings. The least of the Fellowship, he nonetheless is always true to the ultimate goal, one which could not be attained without his help. Also, any list of most annoying movie characters on a...

    How is Civ 6

It is in much better shape than Civ IV or Civ V at this point. The underlying game mechanics have the potential of making it the best iteration of Civ. The AI is a problem, but that shouldn't dissuade a more casual player from getting the game, which is still loads of fun. BTW, if you haven't...

    Poll: Dying in Table-Top RPGs

Played since white box original D&D, currently playing Pathfinder. Death,, or any other form of failure, is always an option. If a character dies and cannot get raised, then the players gets to create a new one, usually no more than a level or two lower than the rest of the party. The same...

The worst game you have ever played.

Master of Orion 3. Although it taught me a valuable lesson about not preordering games.

WAR! - In NATO and the EU

Presuming the U.S. is not the aggressor country, the U.S. will tell the aggressor country to stop. That country then has to choose between standing down or ceasing to have an effective military. The U.S could, by itself, crush the military (and economic infrastructure if it chose to] of any...

Poll: Does Steam Need A Purging?

This. Don't buy a game that just came out. Wait for reviews (user and media) and read them critically. This isn't perfect, but its a better guard against garbage than anything Valve could or would implement.

Top 5 most overrated games of this generation.

Goat Simulator. The use of iron sights, poorly implemented multiplayer, and forced stealth mode make this a pale imitation of the old school farm animal simulators it so desperately seeks to emulate.

I think its safe to say Warhammer Total War is a good game :D

I'm getting it, but I'll wait for a complete edition with all (or most of the) factions rather than paying for them as DLC. Until then, I have Stellaris right now and Civ. VI in the fall.

8 of the Worst Games of All Time

Master of Orion 3. The undisputed worst strategy game of all time. It would have killed the franchise id the World of Tanks people hadn't made boatloads of money to let them reboot it. There is no better example of how not to do a sequel.

1 Game for the Rest of Your Life

Civilization 4 or 5, particularly if I can load and unload mods at will. The games on their own have huge replay value and there are mods that are effectively new games.

The Strong Announces 2016 World Video Game Hall of Fame Inductees

I would have replaced Space Invaders and Sonic with Civilization and Madden. Sim City, Ultima, and Half Life should be on the list of finalists.
