Oh dear god you're right. And - I say this loosely - at least the space marine armour sort of makes sense and is consistent given their long history and pseudo religious militaristic doctrine. Hmm... That sentence needs more words on it's words, it's not spiky enough.

That's the point I should have made. There is no middle ground on that map (literally too) - you either loved it or hated it. When I saw it cycle up I died a little on the inside; but did I recognise it? and will I remember it? Oh yes - it's iconic.

Hmmm... Second worst disaster: had a fan fail on a Pentium 2 or 3 (I forget which - one of the Slot 1 jobbies). Placed hand on CPU package to pull it out. Got a nice blister clear across my palm, hadn't turned it off.
