We moved email providers and the new provider does not have authorization to send from the root domain. I'm still seeing the From address as Escapist Magazine <[email protected]> so you should be able to configure your filters to do the routing you want.

We actually may be able to enable PMs for some users in the next month or so. Last week we switched email providers for Escapist Forums.

You now have Legacy access/badge, enjoy! As far as restoring the old account, if you can confirm what email was on it via the Contact Us form we can look into it.

PMs will probably be disabled for the foreseeable future. Lots of spam/abuse issues there and on top of that, lots of V1 users have bad emails causing issues with our email provider since we don't have a good bounce email processing system set up.

I have updated all of the register dates for legacy users. There were only 232 users out of sync. I checked the Group Permissions and one of the users groups' permissions was probably interfering with the report functionality. Check again to see if it is showing up now.

I would tell you if I knew. I didn't even know it was removed!

I've corrected your join date. We will put updating all legacy users' join dates into consideration :)

I've looked into improving this more actually but it's not free to implement (Elasticsearch). And if you look around, there's no ads on these forums so it's a tough sell!
