I would have to say Duke Nukem Forever. The whole game was just such rubbish I was constantly asking myself, "why am I playing this? Oh well, I'll just see it through to the end." Then I get to the end and the ending is basically nonexistant.

Oh man. That's EXACTLY how I felt when I played it. And I mean, exactly, right down to the word "ghastly." How did they manage to omit all of the parts I liked about The Sims 3 while simultaneously maintaining everything I hated about it?

I'd recommend waiting for a price drop. To me it feels like a game you'd pay $30 for, not $50. There's no building to speak of, and a lot less customization and freedom in general, so it has considerably less longevity than other Sims games, IMHO.
