I wonder just how toxic a person's beliefs have to be before the community is no longer willing to just shrug and say, 'Well as long as he keeps his opinions out of his writing it's fine by me.'
I'm seriously on the fence about this one. I love Zelda as much as the next guy, and I used to have a blast playing co-op Samurai Warriors on PS2 with my friend back in school. But having friends over to play games just isn't something I do any more, and it seems like it just wouldn't be as much...
For anyone who wasn't already aware, Scott Nichols, a freelance writer and member of the group, is doing a very respectful and even-handed job of fielding questions about this on ask.fm.

Personally, I don't see why this is getting as much traction as it is. The...
Wii U for me. I've been a hopeless Nintendo fanboy since the age of nine, and I just can't go without my Marios, Zeldas etc. If I could afford another console I'd probably go PS4, but the Wii U has more than enough to occupy my limited free time.
Anyway, on with business.
I'll see...
Those poor, naive souls.
Removing the internet functionality altogether is a blunt instrument, but probably the only option they had. I'm assuming there was already a "report abuse" feature, but by the time you've seen a picture of a stranger's business, with accompanying audio, the damage is...
These "always online" rumours have become so widespread, and are so destructive to Microsoft's reputation, surely they would have squashed them by now if they weren't true?
Aww, hell yeah. If current trends continue I'll be able to catch up on all the AAA releases I missed out on this generation on account of being a Nintendo fanboy. Just as soon as I find £250 worth of change down the back of my sofa and actually buy a Wii U.
For a Zelda title, I don't have many fond memories of Oracle of Ages. I vaguely remember getting stuck and giving up on it, but then I was 13 and generally sucked at most games. When I finally get round to buying a 3DS, I'll have to give it another go.
I only ever played Ages, but from what...
I've always assumed they do. One of the ghosts in Killer7 is named Travis Bell, and bears more than a passing resemblance to Travis Touchdown.
Also, the guy that bursts into the bathroom at the end of No More Heroes looks a lot like Garcian Smith, but I seem to remember reading an interview...
I remember wondering at the time, if you spent hour upon hour grinding bats and rats in that opening section, whether it would be possible reach a high enough level to actually win that fight. I doubt it, but I'm sure someone out there must've tried.
As others have said, I think lack of time is the biggest factor. I have a full time job, just bought my first place, got a wife and a baby on the way.
I don't think I've touched a video game in at least a month. I don't like gaming in short bursts - unless I can devote a good couple of hours...
Beaten to death with a giant hammer by a faceless soldier of a dystopian future government / alien world domination conspiracy. But at least I'll do a wicked slow-mo flip before my corpse hits the ground.
