Arkham City is a strange one for me too - I do think it's better than the first game, but I remember having more fun with Arkham Asylum, which doesn't really make sense to me. City just seems to be lacking that unquantifiable magic that Asylum had. Ah well, both are great games anyway and...

Was just about to write the same thing until I saw your post. The relationship between Shepard and Liara is brilliantly done and, in my opinion, superior to all the other relationship possibilities in ME2. The dialogue of a couple trying to pick up where they were years before is superb.

Like a few others in this thread, the last thing I defeated was Galactus and his heralds in Marvel vs Capcom 3. I'm sure an army of things that eat planets for breakfast could come in handy...

Why can't more superhero movies follow Incredible Hulk's example and get the origin story out of the way in the title credits? Especially someone like Spider-Man, who is up there with Superman and Batman for the most well-known origin stories.

I thought Dragon Age 2 did this quite well in the quest 'All That Remains'.

It could easily be that you wake up in the nearest clinic to wherever you 'died' fresh from recovering in a bacta tank (I think?) like you see Luke in near the beginning of Empire Strikes Back and you automatically have a small fee deducted for the treatment. That way you lose out a little...

Most memorable character theme from Mass Effect imho.

A Deadpool game would be great - swords, guns, regenerating health that actually fits the character, never mind blowing away the fourth wall and having Deadpool insult the player for doing badly or cheering you for making him look good! Hell, could even add Agent X for double the fun as a co-op...
