While I will start on normal difficulty I think easy mode has a place. For one it's a great way to get the stupidly hard achievements and also it's a great way to practice advanced techniques without punishing a player too harshly.
I look at this thread and see people answering with games that were just bland and/or buggy. I wanted to brag about how I top everyone with ET for the 2600, but then I got to thinking, why am I bragging about this?
In case it's not obvious my answer would have to be the infamous ET or...
Where to begin...?
I'm not very social which already sets me apart. Secondly I dress in almost all black. Although the real big one is that I am aware of how shady our great government is and I openly challenge it. Oh and also I can say some pretty messed up stuff that sounds like a serial...
No matter what kind of RPG I am playing and no matter what character I am playing there's a good chance I just named them either "Hobo" or "Hoboman" (I think you can guess why). It also fits with how I play RPG's seeing as I wander around looking for an adventure which would technically make my...
While I haven't read through the other two pages I can't believe no one has mentioned Team Fortress 2's character design. No two classes look similar enough to confuse them in a heated moment which not only looks nice but has gameplay value such as knowing which target should be a priority. Sure...
COLLECT ALL THE SHIT.
In all seriousness I have to collect every insignificant pickup on the screen (think coins, rings, ect.) or else I get irritated. But then again what's a gamer without a bit of OCD?
I like the Spy for many reasons. First of which is that it is fun to use the Cloak and Dagger to stalk players while playing slow ominous music in the background. Secondly his lines are the most assholish out there (off to see your mother comes to mind). Thirdly it's a sign of skill to play Spy...

Both of my examples come from Devil May Cry 4.
First one is Dante (the serious boss fight not the tutorial). The reason being in that it takes a fast paced game and slows it down severely. To win the fight you have to counter Dante's moves but if you try to attack him any other time you will...
Attire: Black trenchcoat, combat boots, demon mask (something like the Noh Mercy from Team Fortress 2)
Weapon: Large serrated combat knife or machete
Targets: Anyone really
Method: Stalk a random person until I find a good place to ambush them and corner them. Stab and slash at my...
Well one day I made an account somewhere with the "hobo" name and it stuck with me. And yes in every name hobo is not capitalized which is my personal touch to the name.
I know more about video games than I think a normal person should so thats where I fit. I've been gaming a long time and controllers feel natural for me to use.
If I were in the right environment I could fit in with the tabletop gamers but with no one to try with I'm outta luck there.
1. It's hard for me to start talking to people. It's strange that once I've gotten past the "Hey, hello" part I can talk a lot but those pesky social anxieties.
2. I have an ego. For some context I am in high school and have a tendency to answer most questions right. This has lead people to...
I haven't played the first one due to the time limits that are constantly imposed on you. It's really not a good thing for someone who is new. Also I don't feel like going through the pain to remove a feature that adds to the overall experience.
