My biggest issue is that there is no screen showing equipment slots or anything like that, spent a good portion of the game not wearing boots just because I didn't realise you could. This is where something like the equipment screen from Diablo would be very useful.

It's a personal choice really. I don't buy preowned because who where that games been!! There's always something nice about cracking open a new copy of something and knowing that it's only been yours. Plus the price difference is like 20 bucks if that. Maybe if I was a student i might buy...
