Actually, if you fill the moat, it becomes useless in the winter, and dangerous just before spring starts (as you really have no clue when the water unfreezes.) Empty the moat before its too late.

It doesn't look like the argument is whether video games are obscene. In fact, it looks more like the justices against the law are trying to show that the law is redundant and that parents already fill this role.

Sometimes. I asked my parents for GTA 4 recently, and they said no, which in hindsight was probably a good answer from them. Responsible parents should not be replaced by a government bureaucracy. I always wonder if I'm being hypocritical when I believe in gov't regulation in other areas...

Forget the story problem for the sequels. Fox certainly did. Remember this gem from the OP? My guess is that this was all Fox's call.
