Well the first step is acknowledging something that may not be optimal which you have done. Now it's just small steps each day towards improving with that goal as a target.
Try and spend some free time on different things. Cooking, coding, reading different subjects. I wouldn't hesitate to try any job as well. It's all about expanding your horizons to find what clicks with you.
why not go and talk to her and find out? I would be cautious about mentally investing so much into her before even establishing a connection--that is one of the biggest killers of "game" if you want to call it that
