Review was entertaining but all these random rants now seemed like hes trying too hard. Does he really need to tell us the first 1 min or so about how gamers are 'ruining' the industry because they do not buy what yahtzee or [insert name of picky-for-the-sake-of-it gamer] cannot measure all...
Although I thought SC4 was great, this was a funny video but his review was off (not his opinion but his reasoning).
Using the same measuring stick to compare very different types of games to it is very flawed, much like using a ruler to measure weight or volume.
I guess I can see your point but really I would politely disagree. Yes I too love a good ol' fashioned run-around with a shotgun just beating up monsters upon monsters (or hordes of any sort) without all the driving/escort sub-missions/tasks.
However I like the change of pace in many modern...
Beat me to it. As much as I like Orange Box, it is definitely not an ignored game by any means.
I would personally put in X-Wing Alliance. Was the last of the great Sci-Fi space-sims.
Most of those I would disagree with. Except the G-man thing (not killing him though) - but the mystery can only go on for so long.
As someone else said - Definitely bring back Adrian Shepard. He was bad ass.

Bring back Half-life 1 & Expansion weapons, as well as...

As long as you can keep a variety of different games it...
I have been recently thinking the same thing - My favourite was X-Wing Alliance that was damn fun doing co-op or dogfighting with my bro over LAN.
I tried X3 and slowly getting into it, however it feels too much like a grind.
I have thought about getting a new joystick but unfortunately...
Well the rabid idiot fanboys of the above mentioned categories here will definately cream themselves over another round of pointless arguments citing their own idiotic reasons on why they are "right" and you are "wrong".
I am a big fan of the Halo series and enjoyed pretty much all aspects of Halo 3 - but I also enjoyed this "review". Even if there were a lot of points I disagreed with or thought were unfair.
But that does not stop the knee-jerk haters to use it as their gospel to keep bashing a game they...
Definitely a funny "review" although as a Half-Life fan, I was disappointed that it was too positive. The whole reason I watch zero punctuation is to listen to my favourite games get humourously slated whether I agree with the criticism or not.
Yes you can say the game is good (and I agree it...
