Well your tale was the final nail in the EA coffin for me, I will continue to buy all other companies games. But their games will now be obtained via less scrupulous means, if at all. Frankly, they seem to think themselves some sort of dystopian videogame dictators here.

Great article. I agree that it's tedious how often the most obvious difference between protagonists and villains, especially in most of these vanilla shooters, is that the "Good guys" are usually white, and the "bad guys" are usually some OTHER COLOR (Religion/species/etc.).

Neither the fallout series uses nukes for dramatic effect wonderfully. Starting the first game with the nuclear explosion in the background and hearing, "War. War never changes." It still moves me to this day.

MMO's seem to be on the rise, I imagine we'll see a number of new MMO's of varying genre, companies are trying to break the deathgrip that blizzard has on the majority of the MMO community and there is a lot of money to be made there.

I don't think you can really argue that all of the games from an entire country are going downhill.

The food nipple grunt in Halo amused the crap out of me. I also like how in WoW there are literally hundreds if not thousands of little easter eggs hidden throughout the game.

The nostalgia factor has caused me to buy the most recent pokemon game, Diamond, but I find that it wears off rather quickly. The old games were great at the time but looking back they're very slow and clunky compared to games now, though the newer pokemon games aren't that great either...

I think it can be very cathartic at times, when you're frustrated sometimes just yelling the most vile words that come to mind can be a good way to relieve stress, other people might not like hearing those words, buuuut I think that hearing unpleasant words is far more tolerable then strangling...

I find the genre of JRPG's to be kind of dumb, why should we classify all the RPG's that come from one country the same and call it a day? Even among the turn-based JRPG's the differences between one and another can be staggering when it comes to gameplay.

Man I can barely enjoy my life knowing that a test is coming up that I don't like, I couldn't possibly manage a happy and productive life knowing the exact time of my death.
