First Look at Hatred - Spoiler: It's not very good

I'm still holding out hope that the ending is going to be some sort of Spec Ops style commentary on violence and the human condition and the marketing was some sort of social experiment designed to highlight the current issues we have with outrage culture (people were literally calling this the...

    Looking for game suggestions

I'm looking for games, preferably RPGs or action-adventure games, that have base/home building/improvement aspects. Something similar to Neverwinter Nights 2, Assassins Creed 3 or the Suikoden series. Preferred platform would be PC, but PS3, Vita or 3DS would be ok as well. I've tried google...

    So that Witcher 3, eh?

This is explained more in the books (both the actual books and the ones in game). The main reasons they are hated are, - They aren't considered human. Humans in this setting aren't generally that tolerant of non-humans. - Propaganda.'Monstrum' is a popular book that is extremely...

Poll: Could Bioware actually pull off a good Warhammer 40k game?

I still think Abnett would be the better choice in this specific situation due to the inquisitor aspect, which I think would work a lot better with Bioware's general game structure of a single character, normally part of a special organisation, travelling around the world/universe, gathering a...

Poll: Could Bioware actually pull off a good Warhammer 40k game?

Replace 'Shepard' with 'Inquistor, 'Reapers' with 'Chaos/Orks/Eldar/etc', add in a large helping of Grimdark and you've just turned Mass Effect into a decent 40K game. If they would get Dan Abnett to write it, you'd have a (potentially) great 40k game.

How did double fine screw it up?

Feature creep. It's really that simple. They got far more money than they initially thought they would get and so had to vastly increase the scope of the project. Unfortunately, they increased the scope by too much and are suffering the consequences. Except this is the first time they have...

Witcher 3 Developer Calls Skyrim "Casual"

How is he baiting? He was asked if Skyrim was an influence, it's not like he randomly decided to just compare the game to Skyrim or claimed that it's going to be better. What he said is correct, it's very easy to just jump into Skyrim and play casually for half an hour or so. That's not a bad...

First Party Xbox One Games Will Cost $60

Just because they are cheaper than they used to be does not mean they aren't still expensive.

Poll: Who IS buying the Xbox One?

There you go, making assumptions again. I'd suggest you stop it, you don't seem to be very good at it. I've made it quite clear that I'm not convinced of anything, my own views on the used market included. Unfortunately you didn't seem to pick up on that, instead you chose to make repeated...

Poll: Who IS buying the Xbox One?

( I know I said i wasn't going to respond, but I'm sorry, I just can't let that by without a response) No, you're calling me a liar. See several posts ago, I clearly said if you can provide me with evidence that the used market is killing the industry, I'll change my opinion on the whole...

Poll: Who IS buying the Xbox One?

Oh so not only are you making even more assumptions in an attempt to get around the fact that you simply have no evidence to back up your claim, you're now implying I'm a liar? Yeah, I think we're done here. It's pointless continuing a discussion with someone like you. This will be my last post...

Poll: Who IS buying the Xbox One?

No, I'm not asking them to reveal trade secrets, account transactions or budgets (but please, keep making those assumptions you love so much, they are very entertaining), I'm asking them to provide some proof, any proof. Hell, let's start with them providing some used sales figures for their...
