Perhaps you should learn what circumcision actually is first. There is no removing the end/tip/head of the penis. The only thing that is removed is the layer of skin around the shaft of the penis. The head remains untouched. This is just one of those common misconceptions that confuses me...

I'm not circumcised and it's caused me quite few problems that I won't go into detail about here. If I ever have a son, I'm going to have them circumcised. They'll just have to deal with the less pleasure.

Actually now that I think about it I'm not sure I would call Riki-Oh bad...it's completely ridiculous and over-the-top and for those reasons I actually very much enjoyed the film. I guess it's on that list because there are so many dialogue and plot choices that are completely absurd.
