Like some already said: everyone has an opinon, so nothing is unbiased. The best you can do is get a source you know and filter out as much biased stuff as possible. But then it'll still be biased because you select things based on your own views... In short: unbiased does not exist.

This is just plain stupidity from the parents. IF I wanted my kid to be interested in guns, I'd let him play with (realistic looking) toy guns first. Why would you want to let a child fire a real gun? Those things aren't designed for children to use.

I'd take the money and leave the wallet. If they can't take care of it, it's because they don't really need it.
