Too often people have to choose between what they love and making their living; always cool to hear more from people who've been so successful at the former that they've taken care of the later. :)

Agree and disagree. I think it's more subtle than that ... Aliens with a male cast in Sigourney Weaver's role would not be anything like the same movie. The whole mother-daughter dynamic might be mirrored with a father-daughter dynamic, but the whole mother vs mother subtext ... nah.
Can it at least be an unstable scrunchy? I mean, like, do you even super-science? >:(

I used to joke with a friend of mine "does it have a jump button?" to differentiate between, say, SWAT 3 and Duke Nukem.
I *want* my sims to be sims, and my cinematics to be cinematics ... I play SWAT for reasons I love that are different for the reasons I love playing Mass Effect.

I don't care a whole lot about the "meat vs non-meat" argument, but I don't often see folks in a public forum make an effort to actually understand each other rather than just shouting. Lord knows I don't. Kudos to you both.
